Consulta sobre Lenovo Y510p

Good day! I have a problem with my laptop Lenovo Y510p. One day I shut it down and laptop started to install Windows 10 updates. While this shutting down it was connected to second screen. Next morning Primary screen on laptop didn’t work. I thought that the problem is that windows installed wrong screen drivers. Sometimes when Windows starts, screen shows lenovo logo for a second, and then becomes black again. At the same time, screen has backlight which I can control. To solve this problem I tried: 1) Update all drivers 2) Revert Windows updates which caused screen problem. This didn’t help. On the contrary, Windows got damaged and didn’t boot properly anymore. As well, second screen stopped working. 3) I gave laptop for repairs, and the only thing this person managed to do is to install new Windows 10. This didn’t help for primary laptop screen, but now second screen works again. BIOS was updated as well. Primary screen worked fine and couldn’t be physically damaged. Integrated videocard should be also OK, because second screen works from it fine. So, repairs were not able to diagnose the problem, which may be somewhere in between videocard and display. Please, could you try to help with my problem? I can bring it on Saturday to your shop. PS: My laptop also has secondary videocard, which is mounted through SLI slot (but it was dismounted when problem occurred). I understand Spanish quite OK, but prefer to use English to explain the problem more precisely. Hope for your help.

This saturday we do not open. If you come another day we can have a look at it. If you can, bring the external display also.
